How long does my order take to ship?

Products will be dispatched within 3 working days. Please note some personalised items may take up to 5 working days to dispatch.

What is your return policy? 

Products can only be returned if they are damaged or if you have received the incorrect product/size/colour etc. If this is the case, please contact me via email. All of the above can be returned, and once an investigation has taken place, I will be in contact to discuss a refund/exchange.
